Jio Sim.
Jio ID (Registered at my Jio App).
A voLTE enabled Smartphone.

Procedure :-

Make sure your Jio sim is in your mobile's SIM Slot 1 and your mobile is voLTE enabled.
!!.. If your mobile is only 4G not voLTE then Here is this trick for Non voLTE 4G Handsets.
Login to My Jio App using your ID and Password (Not Skip Login)

Now close My Jio app.

Open My Jio App
Click Register
Enter your Jio Number
Click Generate OTP
In the next screen enter OTP
Click Next
Now enter details and Click Submit
Your Jio ID is Created
Now you can use this ID to login your My Jio App

How to change LTE Band in any Smartphone (Qualcomm, Mediatek, LYF and Samsung)

Friends in these days Jio Started its welcome offer for all voLTE and LTE based smartphones so there are so many users using Jio Sim, so data speed issue is common for every user. But you may know Jio is giving full speed data but we receive data speed on our smartphone is depended on data band or LTE Band.

Here are some facts:-

Reliance Jio Band | Reliance Jio Bandwidth

Following table mentions Reliance Jio 4G Bands, Jio Frequencies and Jio Bandwidths supported to provide 4G LTE services in INDIA.

Reliance Jio Band & Topology	Reliance Jio DL/UL Frequency	Reliance Jio Bandwidth
Band-3 (LTE- FDD topology)	1710-1785 MHz Uplink Frequency 1805-1880 MHz Downlink Frequency	5 MHz
Band-5 (LTE- FDD topology)	824 to 849 MHz Uplink Frequency 869 to 894 MHz Downlink Frequency	5 MHz
Band-40 (LTE- TDD topology)	2300 to 2400 MHz Uplink/Downlink Frequency Refer All the LTE Frequency Bands➤	20 MHz

So as per above mentioned table Jio is using Band 3, Band 5 and Band 40

Band-3 Gives better coverage so it is used by Jio to give coverage to all customers including Rural areas. But this band gives slow data speed.
Band-5 Gives average data speed and average covrage so this band is used at a area where edaquate signal strength is present like small cities.
Band-40 Gives Better data speed but low coverage it is used in metro cities where exelent network is availeble.

So if our smartphone get low network it will aoutomatically switch to band-5 or band-3 as per availeblity. then the question is how to get back on Band-40 to get high speed data.

Here is the trick 1:-

If you are using smartphone that support secret code for switch band then try this trick - Open dialer and dial *#*#4636#*#* or *#4636#* a setting willl open go to options, then Band, then select band as per your choice.

Trick 2:-

Download this ANDROID APP

Open app click on this icon ---

Select Band, That's it.
